A Sound Experience

A Sound ExperienceWelcome

The "audiophile" hi-fi market is alive and well in South Africa and the availability of top quality systems is better than ever. However, it is more difficult to readily obtain software - CD, SACD, DVD-A and vinyl records. A Sound Experience ensures that a healthy catalogue of excellent titles is available to discerning listeners.

While there has been a revival of the vinyl medium in the past few years it would be foolish to write off the digital domain. Some say that SACD is "dead". Whether that is true remains to be seen. Whether CD is really a low quality medium depends on how the original material was recorded and what it is being played on.

A Sound Experience strives to provide excellent hardware, concentrating on the Rega Research range of products; and supplies top quality software manufactured by distinguished companies Naim, Stockfisch and Foné. Most of these tiles are always available while some are imported as required by enthusiasts.
